Arriving early on opening day is the key to getting in a few runs before the mountain is swarmed from all sides with hikers, learners, lookers and gaukers. The cloudless night made for cold temperatures to blow snow in and also stand for the hour before the lifts officially opened.
Locals JP Walker, Seth Huot, Jon Kooley, Stevie Bell and visiting teammate Pat Moore were also all standing in the wait line for the early morning session. The Brighton Terrain Park crew was hauling rails into place for a multiple jib line featuring boxes and two mailboxes. Passing over the upper Majestic Park, some of the larger features can be seen, created from the old two man Millicent Lift waiting for snow to ride. The Terrain Park was immediately crowded and didn’t let up the whole day. The other features included rock-n-rolls on boulders and surfing the whales that the snow guns were making.
Now that the season is officially underway, there are improvements to all the resorts Terrain Parks and even new lifts and new runs to check out for the 2007/2008-winter season.
Super Rad!

the whales are fun but hell if you fall on them. there pretty much pure ice
