I believe I met Tyler one day while coming off of Crest. We started talking and it quickly evolved into a friendship. We have definitely shared some interesting times, like him letting me crash his cousins bachelor party, but mainly this kid is one of the most fun people to ride with, party with, or just hang out with.

How important is snowboarding to you? snowboarding is like food and water to me, i need it to live. although im not snowboarding right now due to my shoulder but im still living…must be the pain killers haha
What made you decide to become a Brighton season pass holder over all the other resorts? i actually started at solitude because they had a killer deal for the young ones…like $60 for a season pass. that’s cheaper than a day ticket now!!! i moved on to brighton because most my friends were riding there, they had a park, and so on and so on…brighton is the best
Describe your best day this season. i dont really keep track of the days of the season (im at 73 days so far!) more like the coolest thing i did that particular day but i suppose the last best day i can remember was beginning of march sometime off the top of clayton’s peak…untouched…epic!
What was your first board? i think the first board i rode was my sisters burton custom. MY first board…a bright orange K2 H2O (i think that was the model name)
What are you currently riding? i usually ride my neversummer legacy 159…best board ever! i gotta rome machine 157 for park which is pretty sweet too
How do you feel about goggle tans? goggle tans are cool if you dig skin cancer…one time my face burned so bad that my skin morphed into a reptile like texture. it was crazy i wish i had a picture cause it would probably be like a “look at this picture of this alien kid” type picture
Heard you tore your shoulder, I’ve done the same thing, tell us what happened? so i tore my shoulder at park city trying to hit a jump. i say trying because i actually didn’t make it off the jump but instead caught a narly edge in some slush right before and slammed down like a hammer…separated the top part of my scapula (acromia) from my clavicle or collar bone…no fun
What has been your favorite contest you’ve participated in this season? ive only tried one contest so far this season and that was the 32 jam on mili…thanks for all the free beer 32!!!
Thoughts on the skinny stance. i figure the skinny stance is skate influenced which is cool. ive come to like a slightly narrower stance actually compared to when i first started…easier on the knees too. max width is so played out too slc
Have you ever skied? If so, tell me a story. yes i started out skiing. funniest story i can remember my parents telling me is when i wanted to ski this particular run and my parents tryied to warn me that there were a lot of bumps (moguls) on it. well of course i could handle it i was 6 years old! i soon found out what moguls were and decided to let the entire resort know that too by shouting out “who put all these f**king bumps here!” maybe thats why i chose snowboarding after all…a subconscious hatred for whoever put those bumps there haha
Favorite greasy bar food? fish n’ chips!
I crashed a bachelor party you were at, tell me about it? yes the bachelor party! well we started at a bar, ended at a bar, locked my keys in my car, and then woke up in a random hotel room to two naked strippers that kept calling me little boy! mind you i was probably older than them haha. At least the bachelor boys bought us dinner and drinks!!! what is it about park city that makes me forget all the time?
